In London, where fashion and business go hand in hand, Ana Rosa Santana is building a unique career. In addition to shining as an international model, she is also investing in real estate, a field that has always caught her attention. Influenced by her father, who invested in properties, Ana found in this sector a way to diversify her activities, balancing her two passions.

Ana’s day-to-day life as a model is super busy, with constant travel and commitments, but her work in real estate has brought her a stability that she values. She sees it as the perfect complement to her routine, as investing in properties doesn’t take up as much time as her fashion work. For her, it’s a way to ensure income and expand her horizons without overloading her schedule.

In addition to her physical presence at fashion events and real estate deals, Ana also maintains a strong presence on Instagram, where she shares moments from her personal and professional life. Whether showcasing her modeling work or interacting with her family, Ana enjoys staying connected with her followers and feels comfortable sharing parts of her life. The close relationship with her audience is something she cultivates naturally, always with authenticity and care.

London is a city that perfectly aligns with Ana's ambitions. The city's energy and pace inspire her, and she already sees opportunities in both the fashion and real estate markets. Being in a place where these two worlds coexist so intensely allows Ana to further explore her passions and bring her projects to life.

Confidence is one of Ana’s pillars, both in front of the camera and in business. The firm and secure posture she developed as a model reflects in her interactions with clients and partners in the real estate industry. For her, trusting herself is key to conveying credibility and achieving success in any field.

Now, check out our exclusive interview with the model:

1: You’ve always been involved in the fashion world. When did you realize you also wanted to explore the real estate market?

I’ve always liked the idea of buying properties and turning them into fixed income. Since I was young, I’ve watched my father invest in real estate, and it’s an area that has always attracted me. I’ve also met many friends in this field who motivated me even more.

2: What are the biggest challenges you’ve encountered in balancing your modeling career in London with working in real estate?

My work as a model takes up a lot of my time, while my work in real estate is more stable and doesn’t require as much attention, as it’s profitable on its own. So, it’s not too difficult to balance both—I enjoy investing in both areas.

3: Your Instagram profile shows a lot of your personal and professional life. How is it to share your life with your followers? Is there a line you prefer not to cross?

Honestly, I share my life with my followers. Of course, there are days when I post more, and other days when I post less, but I’m always there. They love seeing my personal life, especially when it comes to my family and my funny routine at my parents' house. I feel comfortable sharing everything with them—my modeling work and my day-to-day life.

4: How has living and working in London influenced your modeling career and now in real estate? What does this city represent to you professionally?

A large part of my work started in São Paulo, and now here in London, I feel at home. For me, both cities are about business, where fashion exists along with everything I love, and I can invest in all sectors. I’m still getting to know London, but I can already see that many of my projects can take shape here—in fact, they already are.

5: Do you believe that confidence in front of the camera, for example, can influence how you deal with clients?

Yes, confidence is everything. You need to believe in yourself; if you don’t, how can someone else believe in you? How can you convey credibility? My confidence in front of the camera and in real estate is the same, and because of that, I believe things are going well. First of all, thanks to God, of course.

6: Do you have new projects or goals you would like to achieve in both areas?

I’m happy with my performance and just want to thank God for my achievements. I hope to continue advancing not only in the fashion world but also in real estate. My goals remain the same; I simply want to increase my workflow and always improve it. When you deliver quality work, good returns always come.
