In this special edition of Hooks Magazine, with vibrant New York as a backdrop, we present Cauane Rocha, image consultant and fashion influencer. Cauane is a professional dedicated to translating the personality of her clients through colors, textures and styles that speak for them. With her refined and sensitive approach, she helps people express who they are and feel more confident – in all aspects of their lives.
From the beginning, his curiosity for fashion and the impact of colors led Cauane to explore the world of the image in a deep way. She believes that the choice of colors and the pieces we wear is a powerful reflection of our identity, influencing our confidence and our energy. In her trajectory, the fascination with the psychology of colors and forms of personal expression became the foundations of her career, a path that she describes as a journey to help people find, through fashion, a new level of self-confidence and authenticity.
Serving customers in New York and New Jersey, Cauane sees the nuances of style between these regions, which reveal distinct personality characteristics. New York, with its bold sophistication and sharp urbanity, inspires looks more aligned and attentive to global trends. New Jersey, according to Cauane, offers a lighter atmosphere, where the casual and comfortable gain space. However, both cities have something in common: the desire to print personality in the look, something she believes is essential for a strong and authentic image.
For Cauane, one of the great challenges of his clients is to align the personal and professional image without losing the essence. She works to find this balance, helping people express themselves with truth and achieve their goals, whether in a corporate environment or in their personal lives. Instead of shaping her clients into rigid standards, she advocates an image consultancy that celebrates self-knowledge and authenticity.
The influencer, always connected with the fashion world, also shares her perceptions and advice with thousands of followers. On her social networks, she inspires those who are discovering their own style, encouraging them to experiment and value what really makes sense to each one. According to Cauane, it is in self-knowledge that the most significant choices are born, and it is he who creates a basis for the personal style that becomes a unique signature.
As for the trends for next year, Cauane reveals to us a colorful horizon inspired by nature. Earthy tones blend with emerald greens, deep purples and sunny yellows, bringing life and balance. Utility pieces and natural fabrics promise to gain even more space, and Cauane emphasizes the importance of adapting trends to what makes sense for each person, whether choosing colors in harmony with skin tone or incorporating style in a personalized way.

1: How did you discover your passion for image consulting and decide to turn it into your career?
I believe that my passion for image consulting was born from my observation of how the clothes and colors we wear can impact our trust and the perception of others about us. I've always had an intense curiosity about the language of colors, styles, and how all this can align with our personality. I decided to turn this into a career when I realized that I could help people better express who they are and feel more confident, aligning the image with lifestyle and goals.
2: In your experience, how can the choice of colors influence people's confidence and self-esteem on a daily basis?
The choice of colors plays a fundamental role in the way we feel. More vibrant colors can bring energy and convey optimism, while softer colors provide calm and sophistication. By identifying the colors that enhance each person's skin tone and style, she feels more beautiful, valued and authentic. This undoubtedly raises self-esteem and confidence to face daily challenges, both personal and professional.
3: Do you work with clients in both New Jersey and New York – what are the main differences in style and image that you observe between these regions?
Yes, I serve customers in both regions, and there are interesting nuances between them. In New York, the style tends to be more daring, urban and sophisticated, with a lot of focus on neutral colors and more structured looks. In New Jersey, I notice a preference for a more casual and comfortable look, but always with personality. NJ allows more lightness and less formality, while NY often requires a look more aligned and attentive to global trends.
4: What are the main challenges people face when trying to align their image with their personal and professional goals?
One of the biggest challenges is to reconcile authenticity with adequacy. Often, people feel that they need to completely change their style to fit into a professional environment or to achieve a specific goal, which can result in discomfort and insecurity. I believe that the role of image consulting is to find a balance, maintaining elements that reflect the essence of the person, but that are also aligned with the environment or the objective.
5: As an influencer, you share a lot about fashion and style. What advice would you give to someone who wants to start finding their own personal style?
My main tip is: self-knowledge. Understand what your fashion references are, but also observe what makes you feel comfortable and confident. Try it, test different combinations and pay attention to how you feel with each of them. Over time, you will realize that certain colors, pieces and styles speak more about who you are. Find a foundation that is your signature and add personal touches to make the look unique and authentic.
6: What are the color and style trends for next year, and how would you advise your customers to adapt them to the unique style of each one?
For next year, we will see an interesting mixture of earthy and vibrant tones, such as emerald greens, deep purples and sun yellows. In terms of style, comfort is still on the rise, with utility pieces and natural fabrics. My advice is always to prioritize what makes sense to you: if a fashionable color does not favor your skin tone, it can be used in accessories, for example. And, for the styles, it is possible to adapt the essence of the trends to your own style, valuing what makes you feel good.
