A Calling That Began in Childhood
Since childhood, Dr. Daniel had already shown a fascination for dentistry. Whenever he visited the dentist, he would ask for instruments to play with and explore, as if he already knew this would be his path. His passion grew stronger, leading him to dive deep into his studies until he became one of Brazil’s top specialists.
Throughout his journey, he realized that facial harmonization was a field that required a more refined approach. “I felt that something was missing for patients to look even better and more beautiful. That final touch was what made me want to pursue this path,” he explains.
This decision led him to achieve major milestones in the field, such as speaking at the world’s leading conferences and training thousands of students with his innovative techniques.
From Brazil to the World: An International Reference in Facial Harmonization
Dr. Daniel Machado has gained recognition not only in Brazil but also abroad. His talent has led him to speak at the Brazilian Society of Aesthetic Dentistry (SBOE), one of the most prestigious events in the country, as well as at Harvard and conferences across Europe.
"I was invited to speak at Harvard because of my prominence in Brazil. In Europe, companies that distribute facial harmonization products invited me to teach courses in Portugal and Italy," he shares.
He was also one of the few Brazilians selected to teach at the MARC Institute in Miami. After being introduced by a professor from the program, he underwent a rigorous selection and evaluation process, earning a place among the institute’s top specialists. Today, he has been working in the United States for nine years.
And his international journey continues. Recently, he received an invitation to speak at a prestigious congress in Stockholm, bringing together the world’s leading experts in facial harmonization.
Courses, Innovation, and Leadership in Facial Harmonization Education
His passion for teaching led Dr. Daniel to create the Pròspere Facial Institute, now a leading institution in Brazil for professional training. The institute has already trained over 10,000 students, offering everything from introductory courses to advanced residency programs.
"Our courses stand out for being extremely hands-on. Additionally, we have published three books that serve as a foundation for our students and a highly qualified team of instructors," he explains.
With growing demand, Pròspere has started welcoming international students, especially from Spanish-speaking countries. In every class, at least one foreign student is present, further solidifying the institute as a reference beyond Brazil.
The evolution of facial harmonization also led to the creation of Faces Brasil, a network of clinics that will apply the institute’s techniques in an accessible and standardized way. “Our goal is to expand across Brazil and, in the future, to the United States,” he reveals.

One of the most groundbreaking advancements led by Dr. Daniel is Regen-X®️ Multi, an innovative product that is revolutionizing aesthetic treatments.
"It works at three different depths: in the subcutaneous layer, with collagen stimulators; in the dermis, through targeted applications; and in the epidermis, with microneedling," he explains.
The product's key innovation lies in its ability to rejuvenate aging cells, stimulating them to behave as if they were young again. “Many patients didn’t see good results with traditional treatments because their cells were no longer producing collagen. The product was recently launched at CIOSP, and its first training session quickly sold out. Now, new classes are already being formed to meet the growing demand.

Among his patients, Dr. Daniel treats influencers and athletes who seek high-level aesthetic care. "Many surfers, for example, were hesitant about undergoing facial treatments. But over time, I showed them how sun exposure and a fast metabolism directly impact their appearance. We work with preventive procedures to help them maintain a youthful look for longer."
The treatments he offers are designed to preserve natural beauty, enhancing each patient’s individual features. "My goal has never been to change faces, but rather to highlight natural traits and prevent premature aging," he emphasizes.

For Dr. Daniel, facial harmonization is evolving toward a stronger focus on regenerative aesthetics. Technologies such as lasers, microfocused ultrasound, and collagen biostimulators are gaining popularity and becoming increasingly sophisticated.
"The future of facial harmonization is not just about adding volume to the face, but about regenerating it from the inside out, promoting real cellular rejuvenation," he highlights. According to the specialist, this future has already begun.
