Lacoste, the fashion sport brand celebrating its 90th anniversary, has teamed up creatively with Netflix for the launch of an exclusive collection that celebrates the universes of some of the most beloved shows on the streaming service. In Brazil, the pieces will be inspired by the series Stranger Things, Sex Education, Lupin, and Bridgerton.
With this release, Lacoste and Netflix seek to bridge the worlds of fashion and entertainment and join forces to connect fans in a completely new way.
FROM THE SCREEN TO REAL LIFE
Whether it's to reminisce about childhood and playing video games in the garage, to be moved by the courage of young teenagers, to want to experience a great romance, or to cheer for a charismatic thief, now the public can not only watch these renowned streaming series, but also wear genderless pieces, such as sweatshirts, caps, and polos, from their favorite series, signed by the Croc.
For the occasion, the Crocodile wore the costumes of the Netflix characters and is embroidered on all pieces of the collection. For Stranger Things, its face changes to that of the fascinating Demogorgon, and in a tribute to Queen Charlotte, a character from Bridgerton, a Shondaland series, it wears an oversized wig. Other pieces have the print of crocodiles disguised while navigating among the signature graphics of the streaming service.
In addition, as part of the collaboration, videos were created that feature the Crocodile in a world that mixes the Lacoste universe with the codes of the various Netflix series.
