The cover of the "BUSINESS" edition of Hooks Magazine features Quezia Teixeira, a woman redefining the concept of success by balancing her career, motherhood, and family life. With an inspiring journey, Quezia shares how the profession of Online Promoter transformed her life and how, through her course "Promoter Expert," she is empowering thousands of women to do the same.

Quezia began her career at 15, working at a pharmacy, and soon realized she could aim higher. Determined to seek a better life, she became the first in her family to earn a degree in Pharmacy. Even with a stable salary and a federal position, the dream of balancing career and motherhood seemed impossible. "I worked a lot, and while I could provide the best financially for my daughters, the most important thing was missing: time and presence," she recalls.

Determined to change that reality, Quezia left her stable job and decided to take a new direction. It was at that moment she discovered the promotion market, a field that finally allowed her to balance her professional and personal life.

The turning point in her career came when Quezia began sharing her experiences with other women. Realizing that many mothers faced similar challenges, she created "Promoter Expert," a course that trains women to work as online store promoters. Today, with over 30,000 graduates, Quezia sees the reflection of her success in the lives she has helped transform. Her mission goes beyond teaching techniques: she offers women a new perspective, proving that it is possible to build a successful career without sacrificing family life.

The impact of her work goes far beyond the numbers. Quezia has proven that, with persistence and a clear vision, women can achieve their dreams and gain the freedom they desire. Her story is a living example of resilience, leadership, and how women can create their own paths in an ever-evolving market.

How do you define your work?

I define my work as a purpose—a purpose to show as many women and mothers as possible that they can earn money without sacrificing their family, while still being able to provide the best for their children.

Quezia Teixeira

How would you describe yourself in a few words?

I would describe myself as persistent, courageous, and someone who goes after what I want. I understand that I am capable of changing my life, that my daughters deserve the best, and that I can, I want, and I will succeed.

What paths did you take to get to where you are today?

I started my professional life working at a pharmacy when I was 15. While working there, I noticed that being a pharmacist was a profession that earned more and required less work. So, I decided to study Pharmacy and became a scholarship student. In my family, on both my father’s and mother’s side, no one had ever attended college. I was the first in my entire family to secure a scholarship, because private education would have been out of the question, as I come from a lower-income family. My parents didn’t even finish high school. I earned my degree in Pharmacy, and after graduating, people said I needed a postgraduate degree to earn more. So, I pursued a postgraduate degree, and then people said to earn even more, I needed to pass a public service exam. I worked towards that, and after five years, I passed the exam.
Once I got there, I was earning well, about R$10,000 a month, but I was working Monday to Friday and had no time for my daughters. When I had my second daughter, I felt this deeply and didn’t want to make the same mistake of being absent like I had been with my first daughter. That’s when, in 2020, I left my federal job and started searching until I found the promotion market.

How was your life before, and how is it now?

Before, I was an absent mother who worked a lot. I wanted to give my daughters the best, but the only thing I could provide was money. They didn’t have the most important thing: a present mother. Today, I am a present mother, who has time, who can fulfill the biggest dreams, but is always there, raising them, watching them grow, being a part of their lives, and giving them everything they need to grow strong and healthy.

Was there ever a moment when you thought about giving up on your career?

The first few months were really tough because I had a salary of R$10,000 as a federal employee, and I left that to earn nothing. Starting in the affiliate market, I was making very little until I began earning well. I spent eight months trying, and during that time, I was already looking for other ways to start a business because things weren’t working out. The financial returns weren’t enough to cover even basic household expenses, along with my husband’s income. At that point, desperation hit. I thought about looking for a pharmacy job, going back to being a pharmacist... but I kept going because I saw other people getting results. I knew I could too, and thank God, I did.
After I started seeing great results, other women began asking me to teach them. Other mothers, seeing me share my day-to-day life on Instagram, started saying, “Quezia, I also want to stay at home with my kids. I can’t stand working away from home anymore, being far from my family, earning just enough to pay for school but not seeing my kids grow up. I need to change this reality.” They began asking me to teach them, and that’s when I started teaching. Today, I have over 30,000 students who I teach how to work from home as online store promoters. Many have left their federal jobs, quit their corporate positions, and even closed their own businesses to work as online store promoters.

Quezia Teixeira

How do you think you influence people's lives?

Today, I believe I greatly influence other women who want to dedicate themselves to motherhood, who want to be with their children, and have freedom, but at the same time, don't want to give up having an income to achieve their dreams.
